The viewing room was beautiful, my husband looked wonderful compared to how he had looked from so much suffering and the video is absolutely lovely! What a treasured momento it will always be! Everything that was requested was done and nothing was forgotten or mishandled. You handled everything in a gentle, efficient manner as did your staff. You are a wonderful group of people and you made the saddest day of my life, and my family's, memorable in ways other than just for the horrible grief we felt.
