Helen A. Waldinger (nee Stites), 94, of Vineland, NJ passed away quietly on Saturday morning at home where she had been under the care of family and hospice. Mrs. Waldinger was born and raised in Cape May Court House, NJ and had resided in Vineland for the past 68 yrs. She was the daughter of the late Edna (Garrison) & Harry Stites. She was predeceased by her husband, Ret. N.J.S.P. Captain Albert J. Waldinger, Jr., Son Albert J. III, Grandson Albert J. IV & granddaughter Kimberly LaRosa, her brother, Boyd Stites & sister Dorothy Stites Lipton.
Helen was a graduate of Middle Twp High School. After her education she began her employment in the secretarial field and had worked for many years for the American Red Cross, Chamber of Commerce and the Edward Campbell Block Company. She was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Vineland and the Order of Eastern Star. Helen was an avid golfer and was a longtime member of the Buena Vista C.C. She was also a member of the Vineland Woman’s Club and a Past President of the Soroptimist Club.
She is survived by 1 daughter & son in law: Peggy & husband Jay Morie

And her sister in law: Ruth Stites

Her funeral service will be conducted at 11:30 am on Tuesday in the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Rd., Vineland, NJ with burial to follow in the Siloam Cemetery, Vineland, NJ. Relatives & friends will be received on Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 pm and again on Tuesday from 10:30-11:30 am at Pancoast’s. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Vineland, 700 E. Landis Ave., Vineland, NJ 08360 or to the Holy Redeemer Hospice, 150 9th Ave., Runnemede, NJ 08078
